Information You Give Us
When you request a quote, book a cleaning or ask us to call you back, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you provide it, the property address or neighborhood, the type and size of the job, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add, such as gate codes or pets.
Phone Calls
Calls to (725) 240-4600 are answered first by an automated assistant that asks a few questions about your cleaning job before connecting you to our team. Calls to and from this line may be recorded and transcribed so we can route your call, follow up accurately and improve our service. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us at the start of the call or email us instead.
Text Messages
If you check the text-message consent box, we may text you about your quote, booking confirmations, schedule changes and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.
We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with anyone outside the providers that deliver our messages.
